In common with other associations IATM promotes and encourages the highest standards of professionalism among its members.
The IATM Ethics and Principles (PDF version) lays down the basic principles governing the activity of our members in relation to their tour operators, clients, drivers, guides, fellow members and suppliers.
Before acceptance into the Association it is a requirement that all applicants for Active (Tour Manager) membership agree to abide by these principles. We wish to have confidence that all those wearing the IATM badge will work to the highest professional standards. IATM has disciplinary procedures in place which could result in the revocation of membership from any member who fails to uphold these standards. We are proud of our Association - it is a pride built on the integrity of every one of our members.
